Any entity duplicating the program contents of Air Alert will face criminal penalties of willful copyright infringement and face fines of up to $250,000.00, treble damages for profits earned from sales of copied information and may face up to 5 years in prison for piracy and willful intent.

TMT Sports and Timur Tukel hold the legal trademark for the term Air Alert and its use in the sports domain is strictly prohibited unless written authorization is provided by TMT Sports or Timur Tukel.
