ALERT IS A 2 PHASE TRAINING PROGRAM

Phase I is Air Alert,
the primary workout session. This 15 week, 3 day
per week session develops raw jumping ability and
guarantees to elevate your jumping ability by 8
inches to 14 inches higher.
Phase II is
Air Alert
Advanced, the second session that
helps to foster additional jumping power. This 6 week, 3 day per week
session attacks the legs differently and much more aggressively than
