Air Alert: The Complete Vertical Jump Program is the jump training program athletes have been turning to since 1991 to jump higher, run faster and play better!. It is the game's most popular and most effective technique for improving one's vertical by 8 to 14 inches higher and running speed by .2-.4 seconds in the 40 yard dash, and it will help you!


Air Alert is now open source and free for use for all athletes wishing to jump higher and improve their game. Simply view the video above that details the 9 steps of Air Alert and follow the instructions as written. Use the workout charts I've provided below. Timur Tukel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina @ Chapel Hill, home of the Tarheels! He developed and published Air Alert in September, 1991 and over 30 years has helped well over 1 million athletes improve their jumping ability and running speed.
