To help maximize your leaping potential during Air Alert®, you must stay active in jumping sports. You will need to participate in a physical activity that keeps your legs instinctual. At least 2 times per week, play basketball and aggressively jump while you play. Stage situations that encourage jumping. Jump higher when practicing jump shots, engage in rebound and tip drills, pretend that someone is trying to block your shot and shoot over him. Repeatedly touch the backboard or rim or practice dunking tennis balls or mini-basketballs. Playing at least 2 times per week is not demanding and simply gets your legs accustomed to real jumping situations; therefore, you must not consider this overworking your legs as discussed previously.
