After you complete Air Alert®, you will want to maintain the height of your vertical jump. If you are actively (about 2 times per week) participating in activities that involve the use of your legs such as basketball, then you will maintain about 98% of your increased vertical jump without having to go back and use this program. If on the other hand, you participate very little during the week, you will need to continue using Air Alert®. Simply repeat week 7 on the odd/even workout schedule.
Repeating Air Alert®
Once you have completed Air Alert® and Air Alert® Advanced, you may want to repeat the program. Wait minimum of 6 months before repeating Air Alert® and only 1 month before repeating Air Alert® Advanced. It is important that you allow your legs to fully recover before restarting the program.
