Do Not Over Do It

Many Air Alert® users are fanatical about basketball, and many of them over do their Air Alert® training by participating in demanding spring and summer leagues which involve extended practices, weekend travel and multiple games during the week and on certain days. Some even alter the workout by adding repetitions or workout days. This type of schedule paired with Air Alert® is very taxing on the mind and on the legs. It does not allow much time for muscle recovery and can sometimes lead to mental burnout. For this reason, gains occur much slower than normal and can vary greatly from week to week.

Therefore, to promote consistent gains, we highly recommend that you execute Air Alert® during a time when you are not involved with intense organized basketball and that you execute the program specifially as written with no additions. Backyard play or pick up games are not a problem.
