Step 9: Cooling Down

Cooling down is the final step of Air Alert and is an important step in the jump training process. Simply repeating the stretching exercises. Remember to thoroughly stretch the 4 muscle groups listed, calves, hamstrings, back and thighs. and to massage the sides and tops of your knees.

Final stretching increases flexibility, prevents cramps and will help to minimize soreness.
