Simply navigate the menu to the upper left, and follow the Air Alert program step-by-step. I guarantee that within 8 weeks, you will be jumping a minimum of 7 inches higher. And after 4 months, you'll be jumping 8 to 14 inches higher and dominating the competition with your newfound athletic ability and newfound confidence.
